Probiotic Cacao Cookies

Original recipe by Digesting Wellness.

These not only taste amazing but are also packed with probiotics and have minimal sugar. I added @thriveprobiotic - which are stable at up to 450 degrees! Each cookie only has about 1g of sugar, since I used just a tablespoon of honey, AND they’re made of Brazil nut flour, which is super high in the trace mineral selenium!

Dry ingredients:
🍪1 cup Brazil nut flour
🍪1/4 cup cacao powder
🍪2 opened capsules of @thriveprobiotic 
🍪1/2 teaspoon baking soda
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Wet ingredients:
🍪1/4 cup milk (can be almond, coconut, etc - whatever you prefer!)
🍪1/4 cup coconut oil or grass-fed butter
🍪1 tablespoon honey
🍪1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
🍪2 eggs

Instructions (makes about 12):
🍪Preheat oven to 350 degrees
🍪Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately
🍪Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture
🍪Mix thoroughly
🍪Add optional dark chocolate chips
🍪Use a melon ball to scoop batter and form on baking dish
🍪Place in oven for 20 minutes
🍪Let cool and enjoy!!
